Attached are details of an ADDITIONAL Executive Rule change proposals for 2025.
This is ITEM 22 and is Rule Proposal in line with the League's Application to become an ECB Premier League.
The Proposal is that the League adopt the Sport England "Tier 1 Code of Good Sports Governance”. See Below:
This adoption of this Code is as stipulated by ECB for all current ECB Premier Leagues and any Leagues who are currently seeking Accreditation, and acceptance is vital to our ongoing application.
Votes on this additional proposal must be submitted by Club Secretaries (or acting Secretaries) on or before Wednesday 20th November 2024 as per League rule.
This vote will be made once again via "Google Forms".
